With an overgrowing Volunteer Coordinator Team and a system for collecting, organising, packing and transporting in place, the Co-op Homemaker site provided the space to freely manage the amount of donated items given by the public and the ability to refine the packing to distributing process. Working alongside the logistics and overseas liaison team, a much more efficient way provide an itinerary for upcoming trips.
